Meet the Team
Tom Rowson

His experience includes working with professional tennis players such as Leylah Fernandez and Michael Mmoh, as well as in motorsport with Red Bull Racing. He currently works with WTA player Donna Vekic and ATP British tennis player Jack Pinnington Jones.Tom’s philosophy is simple: every athlete is an individual. By understanding the person behind the performance, to create tailored programmes designed to maximise each player’s potential — whether they are an aspiring junior or competing at the highest level.Training should also be enjoyable. Tom believes the best sessions are challenging, engaging and purposeful — and you’ll often hear the music from the session before you see it!
Director, Physio & Performance Coach
Nick Guth
Nick is a physiotherapist and performance coach, and founder of London Physio & Performance in central London. He works with athletes across a range of sports, combining physiotherapy with strength and conditioning to meet the physical demands of each athlete's discipline. Within tennis, this includes players such as Alycia Parks, a WTA Top 100-ranked player.
His approach is built on a simple principle: performance on court should feel easy. That ease is earned through the conditioning work done away from competition — building the strength, robustness, and movement quality that let athletes meet their sport's physical demands without it becoming their limiting factor.Kaya Rawlinson
